Your word is like a lamp that shows me the way. It is like a light that guides me. Psalms 119:105 NIRV What does light do? It gets rid of the darkness. God’s word brings light and clarity to our directions. We don’t have to stumble in the darkness if we have his word as a guide. I would rather seek Him for my next steps instead of walking on a path that was not meant for me or is blocked.  I don’t want to stumble and fall when I have a compass that leads me to truth and light
