You Are the Salt!

You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? Matthew 5:13 NIV

In the Middle East, the Israelites used salt to preserve food to keep it from going bad. They didn’t have refrigerators like we do today. As believers, we are the salt. We are called to preserve God’s presence in the world. Be the salt in the sphere that God has given you to influence.
