You did not choose me. Instead, I chose you. I appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit that will last. John 15:16 NIRV
Recently, we had a problem with fruit flies. We had a piece of fruit that had spoiled. It attracted so many flies. Even after we disposed of the fruit, the flies still remained for a couple of days. The aftermath of rotten fruit in our lives continues to impact others even when we are not around, but the impact of good fruit carries more weight. We want to produce the kind of fruit that leaves a legacy. Fruit that remains. What kind of fruit am I referring to? The fruit of the spirit.
