Encourage Yourself!

David was greatly distressed because the men were talking of stoning him; each one was bitter in spirit because of his sons and daughters. But David found strength in the Lord his God. 1Samuel 30:6 NIRV

Just like David, we become discouraged and need comfort. This verse says that David encouraged himself. We can find strength and comfort in the word of God. Begin to rehearse what Almighty God says about you. Say to yourself, you are loved, you are an overcomer. You are the head and not the tail. You belong. You are a winner.
