For he clung to the Lord; he did not turn away from (faithfully) following Him, but he kept His commandments, which the Lord had commanded Moses. 2 Kings 18:6
When I think about clinging, I reflect about a child clinging to his mother. That child feels safe when he/she is near to his mom or dad. The same principle applies to our relationship with the Lord. We should cling to and stay near to the Father of the universe and follow after him.
